Principal

Michael joined Provali Group in April 2004.  He is a Strategy Management Services Principal with 20 years of professional experience. 

Michael specializes in the planning and deployment of Information Technology capabilities and organizational processes.  He has served clients in the business services, travel services, textiles, utilities, government sponsored enterprise, oil and gas, financial services, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, information services, and aerospace/automotive industries.  Michael has worked with global clients in the US, Australia, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Michael helped Citibank develop and execute Year 2000 remediation programs. He led efforts to establish testing plans for Citibank and also established and ensured execution of program office functions to manage this $50+ million program.

In addition to his work with clients Michael has developed new service offerings by creating intellectual capital, marketing materials, project execution methodologies and recruiting and developing delivery teams.

Michael received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois.  He is a senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, holds a Certificate of Production and Inventory Management (C.P.I.M.) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society, is a member of the Navy's Naval Ocean Systems Center Ad-hoc Advisory Panel, and has been a guest lecturer at Southern Methodist University.  His work has been published in internal corporate journals as well as national trade journals.
