The Directive generally restricts the transfer of personally identifiable information about individuals in the EU to the United States, unless there is "adequate protection" for such information when it is received in the United States. To address this restriction, we adhere to Safe Harbor with respect to personally identifiable information about candidates and potential candidates of our customers ("EU Candidates") in the EU ("EU Personal Information") for the purposes described below.

Provali Group’s customers in the EU act as the data controller for all EU Processor Information collected in the EU and subsequently transferred to Provali Group in the United States. Provali Group acts as a data processor on behalf of its customers with respect to all such EU Processor Information obtained in connection with the provision of recruitment process outsourcing services and accordingly carries out their customers’ instructions with regard to the collection, processing, and protection of EU Processor Information.
