Deliver to Order (DTO) is the Provali Group’s proprietary delivery methodology that brings together a variety of standard procedures, best practices, tools and reusable components that empower the Provali team to help you achieve a competitive advantage. There are three basic parts to DTO:

• Project management refers to the set of actions taken by the Provali Group project leader to ensure the project team produces solutions that are on time, on budget and satisfactory to the client.
• Client relationship development recognizes that truly innovative solutions require teamwork.For this reason, the client relationship part of DTO strives for proactive communications, mutual goal setting and mutual decision-making.
• The solution approach of DTO provides the team with the technical tools necessary to implement a successful solution.This includes rapid development paradigms, sample materials, re-use libraries, style guides and quality checklists.
